i hope blogging about this will not jinx it *fingers crossed till cramp*
we found THE UNIT and is now in the process to make it ours =)
the thing is... there are lots of applications and documents needed... so its a bit of headache and just like how it has been, we got the sequence totally wrong so now we are making a small u-turn and spending time to get the application stuff before we make an offer...
