今天第一次了解什么叫没见过世面。。。什么叫井底之蛙。。。
今天见了一些商界和法律界的知名人士。。可是我一个都叫不出名字。。我真无知啊！！！
经过“高人”指点。。我认识了李显扬lee hsien yang 的老婆，lee suet fern, 她是名名律师， 一间知名律师行的董事。。。very capable looking....又不失温柔。。她看起来很强势。。举手投足间散发出贵气和教养。。。。。。。。。让人有压迫感， 不好亲近。。。不过想想也是。。。怎么说都是lee kuan yew 的二儿媳妇，哪有那么好亲近。。。
然后看到sincere watch和一些上市公司的董事长Chief Finance Controller。。说了名字你们也不知道是何等人也。。。不说了。。。
无知的我要努力去认识名人了！！！

Gong Xi Fa Cai!!! Happy New Year!!!
Went to Chinatown last sunday...*red*new year goodies*people*bargaining*testing & sampling* New year songs*discounts*CNY decors*qi pao*anything you can associate with cny...or no association...you can find it ALL there!!! we walk through the streets, squeezed through the crowd...he was sweating like mad...but haha..no choice.... i wanna walk... then we came by this templw...some kind of relic temple...its air conditioned...no smoke haha...i like... took many many photos...so now you all can slowly enjoy the atmosphere...no sweat!! the day came to an end after we had our super late dinner at this very "old style" eatery...nice place..he love it...had hor fun and this ginger duck.... yum yum....

its time for photos.....
i dun know where to start.....but anyway....
- Fish head steamboat!!! there's this really good steamboat along balestier rd...i think its called Heng's Fishhead steamboat....met thomas and elaine at novena before eugene come find us...when i saw elaine..she's as usual being engrossed with her novel...totally dun know that i took a photo of her...i was like...very very near her...... anyway...had promfet fish head..its was really yummy....soft...tender...smooth fish..it can just glide down your throat....the soup was also very refreshing....we top it up cuz we just cant get enuff of it..there's pretty much ingredients in the steamboat...( its not that kind you cook yourself...all the ingredients are already cooked....and the mian thing is the fish...)...had this fried wu xiang...i dun really like it....its a bit too big...a little to oily for me...but the rest of them quite like it...cleared it happily without me....
-took this photo of my desk @ work....its where i spend many hours of the day at... to be honest....these days i rather stay in office than attending meetings or events....i'm developing a serious motion sickness....i dun know why ...but even for a short distance..i'll feel like throwing up.....i can then spend the whole day trying to recover.....next monday and friday...i'm going to the ulu end of s'pore again....i'm so not looking forward....told anand to forbid me form eating anything before going there....
-met up with keith, wei ting, thomas and elaine for dinner at FINS @ Marina Square...wei ting had this voucher for a one for one treat.... ordered a seafood platter and had anyone free.....the guys were the ones eating ...the girls simply chat and chat throughout...... we talk about handling boyfriend's parents and siblings....how to accommodate and all the grievances we had....then its over to marriage.... having kids and all....the guys were pretty left out...but who cares...haha....
went to bowling after that...took more photos then.....elaine and thomas were the better players...just that thomas is likely to be blacklisted by the bowling alley...cuz he throw the ball out....not release...its throw...and the ball hit the alley damn hard before rolling out.......we could see a dent....the nite ended beautifully.....eugene came to city hall to pick me up...
-thomas strike toto...won some money and treated us to dinner at ding tai feng @ wisma.. all were present other than elaine.......the food is good..but i still love my tiong bahru nan xiang xiao long bao....its much cheaper and taste better.... ding tai feng is not bad for its small side dishes......that makes the trip and money worth.....
-went shopping with dear the other sunday....well..he's the one shopping...i merely accompany him...its really his day...there's so many thing on his wishlist that day.....went to all the different shops to get the item one by one.....adidas...nike...puma...bods...carrefour...robinson....combed the entire suntec...marina square...city link...and raffles city shopping mall...*i'm so tired!!* ...*he's so happy and excited!!!*to reward me for being sweet...he bought me a sexy top...and brought me to the newly open shokuo @city link for high tea...its a very nice place with very very special and yummy fusion japanese food.... ordered this japanese macha ice kachang....its has honeyed chestnut, red beans and mochi at the side....*we love it*..next up was a japanese thin pizza....its spicy roe with asparagus pizza.....its so so so thin..and so so so tasty.. i told eugene that we have to go....before we lose control and order another one..i'll definitely be back again..
-Bai bing wanna change her hairstyle....so we went down to maison hairmake...as jeremy's appt is full...kelvin attended her instead......*too bad*.... she's deciding between cutting bob or go for a perm....after much discussion with kelvin and me...she decided on a perm... its a long 3 hours.....maison's hairdressers are well know for their "slow and steady" pattern....the last time i wnet for trim and dye..its 5 and 1/2 hours!!! BUT ....the end results are always good....so dun mind the wait....at least no disappointment...3 hours later....we were the last customer in there...bai bing had 2 hairdresser blowing dry her hair....*this dun always happen* so pampered!!!!!!!!!!!!! taaaadaaaa.......after kevin help style her hair.....bai bing is glowing in her new hairstyle...much more stylish.....think she looks way better now...see...maison is really good!!! my dear, i'm happy that u like it....

做梦对我来说，是个每两个小时就会不由自主进行的活动。
我做梦的 range 很大，可能这就是我常做梦的原因吧。
最近的梦都环绕在两个点上，
一是旅行，
二是结婚。
虽然三月就要到Bali, 十二月就要去USA, Oklahoma....
可是就还是嫌太少了。。。
我想在六月在出一次国， 希望他会答应。。。
从今天起我得好好对他。。。这样机会会比较高吧。。。。。
我想去CRUISE 或是PULAU REDANG....
其他地方也可以，只要出国就可以了。
结婚的梦是最近才有的。。。
可是仅此做梦而已， 结婚是4 到6年后的事。
最近周围的朋友不是打算订婚注册，就是准备结婚。。。

要结婚的朋友都在问我， 都在催我。。。从没正视这件事的我，
也开始想了起来， 梦也开始做了起来。

i'm back! have been really really busy with work...deadlines...deadlines and more deadlines......its crazy when you've gotta handle reporters and the SGX.....plain rush!!! i'm now handling a crisis managment acct....its a dramatic case, like those you see in HK drama.....its like planning strategies for a war.....can be very fun...but it can be damn tiring...and stressful.....
i always thought i was pretty well prepared..been doing pretty well in school....its only now that i know i couldn't be more wrong abt this....scoring "A"s may land you a chance for interview...BUT its NOT enough to allow excellence at work....after 2 weeks of practical experience....dealing real projects....meeting real people....handling real crisis...i'm glad i decided to do my internship.....allows me to know text book is of 25% use only... it lays foundations....but nothing else more than that...
working for 2 weeks taught me pretty much things...and i know i have so many many many more things to learn ahead........i'm looking forward...no matter how hard...challenges keep me alive!!! i dun wanna rot at home.....dun wanna waste away and think that life is gonna be a sweet journey.....i dun wanna take pocket money....i dun wanna shop and have fun using my parents' hard earned money.... i wanna take charge of my life....i wanna be constructive...not lazing and wasting away in front of tv or pc.... i can do that when i retire....not when only at my early 20s....
i love how my life is.....work... meet up with friends when the clock strike 6... have fun ...meet my boy .....supper and cuddles.....home sweet home..... spending my sat with ah ma in front of the tv and sun with my boy......i love the way it is....

29th Dec.....
we went to redeem our $80 voucher at ichiban sushi @ causeway point.... we ordered so many things that we didn't try before.....beef sukiyaki...saba bento set...sashimi..and many more......made calculations as we ordered...dun wanna order too much and overshot....BUT...still overshot by $7...spent $87 in all for that lunch...... he was a good companion.....said yes to everything i wanted.....and entertained me with a wide orange smile...... love him to bits....
31st Dec...
This is the last day of 2007........MY DEAR HAD TO WORK TILL LATE NOON.....!! but think its not as bad as not being able to celebrate it at all....... had our late lunch at fish & co....then head off to MMM to get our BBQ meat...planning to eat those while watching the fireworks @ marina.....after much discussion and speculation..we concluded that we might have to give the fireworks a miss....cuz its a little too late...@ 12.......so......we went over to ang mo kio hub..deciding to catch a movie ......shopped around at ang mo kio before the show started...."national treasure"..... its a nice show...love those puzzels.. love what nicholas cage told the president when he kidnapped him....made so much sense... We were kinda hungry....so ate those BBQ meat and dory fish in the cinema........its really good...haha....sneaky and yummy still...our new year eve's dinner!!! after the show....baby had second thoughts abt missing the fireworks...he think its a once a year event...and it'll be sad to miss it...
so we went!!! took a train down and we found a good spot...though its still far from the actual spot...we still manage to see the whole sky....the fireworks was spectacular!!!!!!i love him by my side...he video it down and ask me to just watch and enjoy it......i saw it with my eye...he saw it through his hp......he's a darling!!! the fireworks is really good...i believe we made the very best last decision of the year 2007....love you.....
5 Jan.....
shopping with elaine and thomas at bugis..... had our lunch at the new foodcourt...it really provides a wide variety...we even shared smelly tofu...its not bad......not smelly enough..... after much shopping we went to meet eugene and head down to toa payoh for dinner and.............K BOXING!!!!.... dinner at ichiban sushi....haha...again...but ...its really a fine place with good sushi...after sushi was our usual singing session..... things started slow....the mic was bad.....our voice didnt sound right.....we reckon that if we turn up the volume ...it should be better.......slowly......things got better and we decided to go duet!! thomas and elaine and me with my boy....sand a couple of them and we laughed at thomas unatural performance.....and interaction with elaine.....still they sang well....thomas and eugene also sang one tog....its a guy's duet..... its a good evening if not for the increase in their charges.....

Jac's b'day...
Jac had her 21st on the 30 Dec...@ Aquarius@ bedok......the function room was packed with 3 things.....people...food and BALLOONS!!! many balloons on the wall.....i'm always cautious.....
like what i said..many human beings were there...family and loads of friends...for our group...angela..miriam..eugene..adrian...dhiren...aaron..kim and me were present....we chatted..eat...chatted...eat...then we decided we need some photos...so took couple of photos... once we started taking a few with jac...the ball started rolling....and everyone took turns to take photo with b'day gal.... Jac is now a fine sweet lady that turned 21.... i wish you all the best at this new stage of your life....like i said on your party, you're now an adult, there's new responsibilities in life....cant afford to be wildful.... you can do it!!!
we all had a great time at the party!!! hope you enjoyed the night....
