When a vacation calls...... The sea answers .
We went on my very first cruise vacation on board royal caribbean's voyager of the seas :)
It was a fine weather when we set sail on the 2nd of June, am pretty impress with the ease to board this cruise and in awe of its size and interior...
Before boarding, i really though we paid an exorbitant price for this vacation but after seeing our stateroom and experiencing the service and facilities provided by Voyager... it is worth the dollar!
We stayed on deck 10 =)
Our home for the next 5 nights... i love love love the balcony!!
they have a shopping promenade with lots of thematic cafes and pubs... you can always find photo opportunity here...
went for art auction to learn about art and we had free flow of champagne =) mad love the bubbles!!
the housekeeping service we had was superb... had surprises everytime we come back to the room..... our attendant know us by our names and we were always greeted with a wide smile.......without fail =) thanks norman!
food was abundance on the cruise and no need to rush.... no long queues...no yucky food... it was real good food with wide wide variety....great and professional service from formal fine dinning to causal dinning...to even poolside BBQ!! They say you put on 2 pound on a cruise everyday....i bet its 4 pounds a day on Royal Caribbean!
To work off the kilos... we gym and i rock climbed!! one mid-way climbed left my arms aching for the rest of the cruise...nice one!
To be honest things do get boring on cruise after the first 2 nights so good thing they have land tours and we hop on land for Penang and Phuket...
you see..we truly relax and enjoy.... and after the first 2 nights...we lost track of time and day...not to mention we both have no access to fb...sms...whatsapp etc.... so the only way to know which day it is....... the carpet in the lifts...
the best part of the trip.... other than we got engaged:
