- numerous glaciers have retreated due to global warming...The flow of ice from glaciers in Greenland has more than doubled over the past decade
-Temperature record since 1880 showing that the ten hottest years ever measured in this atmospheric record have all occurred in the last fourteen years...
- In the United Kingdom, Conservative Leader of the Opposition David Cameron urged people to see the film in order to understand climate change...
- if warming continues...The Arctic Ocean could be ice free in summer by 2050...
-if warming continues...Global sea levels could rise by more than 20 feet with the loss of shelf ice in Greenland and Antarctica, devastating coastal areas worldwide..
-The number of Category 4 and 5 hurricanes has almost doubled in the last 30 years.

there has been critics on the over estimation of the damage global warming has done...over estimation of the future effects.....BUT lets not deny..this is an impt issue....procrastination and not taking it seriously has a more detrimental result then exaggerating it...... like what was mentioned by Gore in "An Inconvenient Truth", this is no longer just a environmenta or politicall issue, its a moral issue......
