*so many things to update*

first of all..went down to plaza singapura to search for almond butter....it took me quite awhile to reach the supermarket.....cuz i was distracted by the new renovated food mall...there's so many interesting small stalls...and i was captured by this "saybon" french food factory....they sell nice yummy soups...i was looking at the menu and couldn't really decide which to slurp....................its not because the menu was vast...but cuz its very limited.....tried the tomato soup..it has the least cream...an its really tangy.....very tangy....BUT i like it still.... thomas bought donuts..AGAIN.....he likes them pretty pretty....this time he got control...cuz he limit himself to only 2....

i've been exercising very religiously......going to gym is like part of my every night routine...and burning 900 calories is my every nite target....christmas coming!!! new year coming!!! i wanna wear bikini go koh samui next year (feb?!)...so must be fit and slim.....the most important reason.... i must make my boy feel proud of me.....he's a trainer ok?! cant have a ms piggy as gf...................not nice....

went to gym on sat and i experience what gyming really meant.....not me...but i saw and heard it........after washing up and going to the lobby to meet my boy.....he called me and asked me to the weights area to see "something"....on my way....i heard very scary groans...."urghhhh....arrrrrrhhh.....!!"they were loud...i could hear from the towel counter... what i saw was more impresive.......more impressive than what i heard.....dear's collegues...desmond,melissa,edwin and victor were lifting weights..they do this tog so as to support each other...the guys weredoing squarts with hundred of kg on them!!! they pushed really hard..and the sound given out were proof of their effort....they push really to their limits....cuz i can tell from the face....and sound....impressed...and shocked....i was beyond words...then the next was some "leg push" machine.....and this time round eugene told me its 200 over kg!?! yes...he told me that....i must say..if guys give birth...they'll look like that....and kowtows to them...they're really good....normal humans cant do this..melissa was lifting some bars....she's very very fit....an her skin colour complement her toned body so well that the idea of going to phuket or some beaches is getting stronger....desmond and mel are an item....they sure belong to each other...cuz they look so.......*thanks for allowing the photo taking......it may be kinda rude...but i think ppl need to be inspired.....by you guys!!!*

lastly...bake time!!!! we bake so many times already...this time round we tried oatmeal muffins and chocolate shortbread biscuits..........more successful this time....he was so concentrated..and serious.......he likes them perfect..i like him this way..i fell in love again=)...we tried so many ways to bake...change the tempt...the tray....the duration...he's the king in the kitchen...me da washing auntie.....and i helped out with adding the ingredients...finally...te final product is out...i modelled it...and he thinks he wanna decorate it.......he says he needs to do that to keep his passion burning....got some ingredients and head back to decor it....he loves it.....kept taking photos...*cute*
